  • Fabyan Villa 1511 South Batavia Avenue Geneva, IL, 60134 United States (map)

Want to write notes no parent will be able to read? Join your fellow 4-8th graders at the Fabyan Villa Museum as museum staff demonstrate the basics behind code breaking (aka cryptology), the tools used for breaking ciphers and reveal how George Fabyan’s interest incoded messages in Shakespeares plays altered how WW1 was fought.  Participants will get a chance to create a fun coded item to take home. This program is joint partnership between Geneva Library and PPFV. This program is free but registration is required and must be done through the library website or by calling the library youth program department. The maximum for this program is 12 participants.
