We invite children to journey back in time to explore the daily pleasures and challenges of pioneer life. This unique, hands-on camp provides immersive experiences where learning is fun! Some of the activities include pioneer games and crafts, gardening, food gathering and preparation, cooking, chores on the farm, a visit to the creek, time at the one-room school, and more.

Spaces are limited. Please complete online Registration Form to be considered for the Camp. Credit card payment will be requested during the registration process. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Payment will be processed when you register for Camp so refer to payment policy for information regarding cancellation and refunds (where applicable.)

One month prior to Day Camp, you will receive a Parent Packet with camp details and emergency forms to complete and return.

Members of Preservation Partners of the Fox Valley have offered to provide Day Camp scholarships to ensure families, regardless of their income, have access to historical learning experiences and education. Scholarships are limited. To apply for the Durant Day Camp scholarship, email your request to: DurantAndSholes@ppfv.org.
