Celebrate the 150th birthday of Frank Lloyd Wright with staff and volunteers at the Fabyan Villa Museum. The museum will be open from 1-4pm but our focus will be all about FLW! There will be FLW trivia, a FLW activity table for kids and visitors will be able to wander the house, re-designed by Wright, at their own pace.We ask $3 adults/$1 kids as a suggested donation.
This prolific architect changed how the world viewed architecture, living in spaces while addressing how to embrace natural elements for more streamlined living. The Fabyan Villa Museum is one of three homes Wright designed in Geneva but the ONLY one open to the public! Visitors can learn and see how Wright incorporated the natural surroundings of the estate into a modern prairie style home for George and Nelle Fabyan who lived in the home from 1907 till 1939.
