The proposal for redevelopment of the former Geneva Bottling Works block (302 River PUD) was not recommended for approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The entire block that includes the former Geneva Bottling Works at North First Street and Ford Street is proposed to be razed for new apartments and townhomes. Is this good for Geneva?
